The EEOC is ordered to pay?

As a government agency, the Taxpayers will pay, not the EEOC.

Here is an elected judge in a state where CRST pretty much has their fingers in all areas of politics and is notorious for ripping people off with their sharecropper trucking lease program. The single case where a jury heard a female trainee account of what went on during her truck driver training at CRST was awarded a $1.5M judgement but this case was heard out of the slimy reach of of CRST headquarters. That case is the Karen Shank Case that was heard in California.

This case was mishandled by the EEOC and in addition this judge prevented women from testifying before a jury because folks if you heard what goes on in these scummy training carriers like CRST is would be a SLAM DUNK to shut them down, not just for the harassment allegations toward female trainees but also for their multitude of other safety and unethical business practices that exploit people.

    Wake Up!

    Love,
