This scumbag (and his attorney if he had one) should be prosecuted for fraud and should and also be required to pay the interest on the $30,000, plus a hefty fine or jail time. As it stands, the WCB incurred significant expenses to catch this creep and he gets off with paying back the money. It’s an interest free loan. Where’s the penalty to make him think twice about doing it again?
