Would the WC money be used to treat the PTSD, or is she looking for a hand-out because she can’t work anymore? Just wondering, since I’m not extremely familiar with WC.

Some states allow a compensation for a certain amount of mental anquish. However, the law must be crafted well to prevent anyone that has stress on the job to claim mental anquish and therefore not have to work, but still get paid. Who does not have stress. In this particular case, this “feels like” it should be compensable, but would not be under most state laws, including ND. The employer should provide some help gratis and there should be coverage under their medical insurance.

Cannot be serious- this is a opportunity for the teller to work in the back of the house operations- behind locked doors.

Come on- this is a pathetic WC claim.

Bank gets robbed 2x now they are getting robbed in house by a WC claim? Return to work, as so many people are out of work these days.
