The milk has been recalled for a potential health risk due to improper pasteurization.
Officials advise consumers not drink the milk.
Unpasteurized milk may contain E. coli, Salmonella, and other harmful bacteria that can cause life-threatening illness for some people.

Milk from the potentially tainted batch may be returned to Hy-Vee for a refund.
