The assurance of voluntary compliance requires Wightman Enterprises Inc. and principal owner Donald Wightman to pay restitution to consumers who purchased mobile homes that were reportedly damaged.

Nixon's lawsuit alleged that the defendants, who operate Granny's Mobile Homes, Lee's Mobile Homes and Fairway Mobile Homes in the Springfield area, had sold damaged mobile homes but would not fix the structures or reimburse customers for repairs.

Wightman and his business will pay restitution ranging from $750 to $5,710.
