    Talk about junk news…”could” result also may mean “could not.” Such hubris we have to act as if the way the world is now is the perfect way it should always be, even if one accepts the premise of significant climate change (which many scientists do not agree with).

    The avg temp in the Antarctic is approx -37F. Ice melts at + 32F. It would have to get to +40F for any noticeable melting to occur. I doubt very much that there will be a 77F degree swing in temperatures in the Antarctic any time soon.
